Stephen Kirsch, Au.D.
Audiologist
As a highly trained and experienced audiologist, Stephen has practiced in Southern California since 2000.
He has fine-tuned his skills as an expert diagnostician of otologic disorders and dispenser of hearing aids. His experience and education in audiology is mandatory for comprehensive and accurate diagnoses of varying types and degrees of hearing loss and for the best recommendations of hearing loss treatment.

While working with Ocean Hearing Care, Stephen Kirsch enjoyed over 12 years of treating thousands of satisfied hearing-impaired patients. Stephen’s association with Ocean Hearing Care ended June 23, 2014 as he felt it was necessary to take his professional career to the next level.
Stephen has returned from his charitable mission in Africa with the Starkey Hearing Foundation where he shared his audio-enhancement skills with children who don’t have access to today’s digital technology.

Dr. Kirsch served as a leader for Starkey Hearing Foundation’s philanthropic endeavors.
Lyn Kirsch, Au.D. was welcomed to Kirsch Audiology on June 8th, 2016. She offers her talents and 18 years of experience as an audiologist to the practice’s continual mission of being the premier hearing healthcare clinic in Southern California. Dr. Kirsch most recently worked for five years as the sole audiologist in the Starkey Hearing Foundation’s Los Angeles office.

In addition to performing comprehensive hearing evaluations, treating hearing loss with various hearing devices, and educating students and administrators (nationally) on hearing conservation, Dr. Kirsch served as a leader for Starkey Hearing Foundation’s philanthropic endeavors. She provided the “gift of hearing” to thousands of impoverished children and adults on missions in 14 different countries and 4 continents.
Previous to Dr. Kirsch’s tenure at Starkey, she represented Siemens, providing training and technical assistance for audiologists throughout the U.S. After graduating from the University of Virginia in 2000, she started her career as an audiologist with the national hearing?health franchise, Sonus, where she met an admiring, passionate audiologist from New Orleans whom she would later wed.
Elizabeth Ramos Blaylock
Office Manager
Elizabeth Ramos Blaylock has worked with Stephen for over 4 years and has grown to deeply appreciate those who have hearing loss. Elizabeth graduated from UC Riverside with a BA in Political Science and from the University of Redlands in 2013 with a MBA in Finance.
